OBSTACLE COURSE

The following rules apply to an individual run of the obstacle course; when ran as a team event some are altered slightly. Either individually or team ran, however, all portions of the course that are painted yellow, must be touched while all portions painted red are to be avoided, and all but inadvertent contact results in a penalty.
Obstacle 1 (25' Foot Rope Climb) - rope must be ascended and the bell hanging from the top support must be rang.
Obstacle 2 (Over/Unders) - the first hurdle must be negotiated underneath and the following to over the top, without touching the red side supports, the last hurdle is once again negotiated by going underneath.
Obstacle 3 (Acraphobia) - the incline pole is negotiated until the top platform is reached, then the front side is descended until reaching the horizontal cable, which is traversed with by walking on the bottom cable will holding onto the to cable. Transition is made onto the horizontal rope which is traversed until the yellow painted telephone pole is touched and then drop to the ground and exit underneath the yellow painted metal cross-piece.
Obstacle 4 (Monkey Bars) - the obstacle is begun by walking the first telephone pole until reaching the set of monkey bars, which are negotiated by hand, hanging underneath the bars. At the end of of the bars is a second telephone pole, which must be walked to the end.
Obstacle 5 (Reverse Incline Wall) - the wall is approached from the "open" side and must be scaled then exited down the "face".
Obstacle 6 (12' Rope Wall) - the wall is scaled by utilizing the noted rope and then climbing down the horizontal cross pieces on the back side.
Obstacle 7 (Dirty Name) - this obstacle is completed by jumping from the yellow (ground level) telephone pole, to the second pole and then on to the third pole (without touching the ground) and then going over the third pole and down to the ground.
Obstacle 8 (Attic Opening) - the attic hole is gone through gaining access to the top of the platform, then it is descended by the front wall down to the gravel pit.
Obstacle 9 (The Big Easy) - the incline pole is negotiated until the level of horizontally place railroad ties is reached. The railroad ties are traversed until the incline wall of spaced boards is reached. It is then ascended until reaching the top railroad tie, where ropes are secured. The opposite inclined wall is then descended by utilizing the rope.
Obstacle 10 (Ego Trip) - the ladder must be ascended, without touching the red painted portions of the supporting telephone poles. At the top cross over the yellow horizontal support and then slide down the vertical pole.
Obstacle 11 (Stairway to Heaven) - the first horizontal support, with yellow stripe affixed, must be touched and then the obstacle ascended, by any means. The top support must be crossed over and then the obstacle descended down the opposite side.
Obstacle 12 (Island Hoppers) - the obstacle is negotiated by stepping, jumping, etc. from the top of each telephone pole to the next.
Obstacle 13 (Balance Poles) - the obstacle is begun by mounting the first horizontal yellow support then walking the length of the first free-floating telephone pole until reaching the center yellow support. The second free-floating telephone pole is then walked until reaching the final yellow support before the obstacle can be dismounted.
Obstacle 14 (Missile Tube Crawl) - the tube must be traversed in its entirety.
Obstacle 15 (Tarzan) - the inclined rope must be mounted with the yellow portion of the rope touched. Then the inclined rope is ascended to the green platform for transition to the vertical ropes. The vertical ropes must be passed through, without skipping a rope or touching the ground until the final telephone pole's yellow painted portion is touched.
Obstacle 16 (Monster) - the wall is ascended by any means desired. The vertical metal pole as well as the one horizontal slat, extending past the others may be used. Once over the top, the wall is descended down the back side as desired.
Obstacle 17 (6' Chain Link Fences) - the three fences must be scaled successfully.
Obstacle 18 (Ladder Crossing) - the first step (yellow painted) of the ascending staircase must be touched and the monkey bars must be traversed over the top by any method desired. At the end the yellow painted portion of the rail must be touched before the obstacle is dismounted.
Obstacle 19 (Lazy Man's Way) - the red horizontal beams must be gone under, without any but inadvertent touching and the yellow beams must be passed over the top.
Obstacle 20 (Cargo Net) - the net must be ascended then over the top horizontal support and then descended down the opposite side.
Obstacle 21 (Belly Busters) - each horizontal pole must be traversed over the top, without touching the red painted vertical supports.
Obstacle 22 (Railroad Tie Hurdles) - the obstacle is completed by traversing each hurdle over the top.
Obstacle 23 (Window Openings) - the obstacle is completed by passing through each of the three "window" openings.
Obstacle 24 (Railroad Tie Hurdles) - the obstacle is identical to #22.
Obstacle 25 (Low Crawl) - the obstacle is begun by touching the yellow painted portion at the entrance to the low crawl and then passing underneath the draped chain link and crawling to the center of the obstacle, where there is a break in the chain link covering and a dividing railroad tie. The railroad tie must be passed over and then pass back underneath a second draped chain link covering and crawl to the end of the obstacle where the yellow painted portion must be touched before exiting the obstacle.
Obstacle 26 (Small Hill) - the hill must be passed over the top.
Obstacle 27 (6' Wall) - the face of the wall must be traversed over the top to the platform and then down to the ground.
Obstacle 28 (Double Trouble) - the face of the wall must be traversed over the top to the platform and then down to the ground.
Obstacle 29 (Irish Table) - the horizontal bar must be passed over the top, without touching the red painted portions of the supporting telephone poles.
Obstacle 30 (Ranger Crawl) - the horizontal cable is mounted near the first vertical telephone pole and the yellow portion must be touched before traversing the cable. While traversing the cable, no portion of the body may touch the ground. Upon reaching the supporting telephone pole at the end of the cable, the yellow portion must be touched before dismounting the cable, and leaving the obstacle.
Obstacle 31 (8' Wall) - the face of the wall must be scaled, without touching the red support struts and then pass over the top, before descending the obstacle.
Obstacle 32 (Rope Swing) - the first horizontal (yellow painted) telephone pole is mounted and then crossing to the opposite horizontal (yellow painted) telephone pole, by swinging from the suspended rope.
