Officer Jeff LaFrance was a K9 Hanlder until he was promoted to Sgt

Officer Jeff LaFrance joined the Department in 1995, he was selected for K9 Handler in 1999. He was promoted to Sgt in 2001 and his dog Beni was moved to another hanlder.
